She's one of Emmerdale's longest serving stars. But she was written out in a rather lacklustre way. Deena Payne played the iconic Viv Windsor (later Viv Hope) for 18 years. Here Deena tells Ashley about how she made the character her own - and in real life made Yorkshire her home!
